Super Saturday

Super Saturday is our FREE ,open to the public, 1 hour strength and conditioning class.

It’s held at 10AM every Saturday in the gym. The workouts are designed to be done by anybody in any shape. We can scale the movements up in difficulty for advanced athletes and down for newer athletes. This allows everyone to get the most of the training day.

If you have been thinking about trying a class this is a perfect opportunity to do so.
